Shawn Ray Productions is owned and operated by former professional bodybuilder, Shawn Ray. Currently retired from competitive bodybuilding and working hard representing all the professional bodybuilders in the IFBB. The ambition Shawn currently has is to ensure the welfare of the professional athletes both financial and in representation with respect to promoters and sponsors. Shawn Ray created a new award which follows the Mr. Olympia Contest each year called “Best Presentation” in which the athlete with the best posing routine wins $10,000.00 prize money that has been raised by Shawn Ray himself through other sponsoring companies who donate funds to finance this award, along with monetary contributions from Shawn Ray Productions.
As well, Shawn will be giving a $2,500.00 Donation to Strong Hold Ministries, which is a ministry that is new to the Health and Fitness industry trying to help the athletes maintain their focus on Jesus Christ.
Shawn Ray Productions will also be giving away an “All Expense Paid Trip” to the Pro Ironman Contest in Redondo Beach, California February 2005, to 1 lucky winner at his VI Annual All-Star Seminar in Las Vegas which includes: Airfare, Hotel and personal guest of Shawn Ray at the contest!
At the moment, Shawn Ray Productions is in the midst of creating a Charitable Golf Tournament for CHOC Hospital (Children’s Hospital of Orange County) in 2005, where top athletes will help raise money for sick and under privileged kids through getting major companies to support it.
Shawn, still a newly wed (1 1/2yrs) and his wife, Kristie are focusing on starting a family, as well as working on ways to help promote professional bodybuilding and healthy lifestyles through Shawn Ray Productions.
