When did you realize you wanted to get into fitness? Growing up in sports gave me the foundation for training and the desire to compete. I was finished with organized sports after college but still had the desire to be fit and healthy, can't shake the bug.

 

Favorite exercise : Narrow grip bench, if I had to pick one. And shrugs, and incline press, etc………

 

 

Best bodypart : Legs, shoulders are alright..

 

 

Describe your training routine: Right now I train weights 4 times a week. Chest and Bi's on Mon., Legs on Tues., Wed cardio, Back and Tri's on Thurs., Shoulders on Fri., Cardio on Sat., and Off Sun (9year old run daddy all day workout.) I try to fit in cardio 3 or 4 times a week in the mornings before breakfast.

 

What, if any, supplements do you take? I mix glutamine and creatine in the am and pm.. Take multi-vitamins and a number of others, omega 3, flax seed oil, vit. C, E, 86mil. of aspirin, and condensed veggie pills, minerals…. It adds up to a handful. Fat Burners, since ephedrine was pulled, it's been caffeine and Lipo 6.

 

Favorite diet food: Mirowaved Yam, Mashed Yam, Baked Yam, Yam with spray butter, Yam with Splenda.

 

Favorite junk food: Peanut M&M's, PB&J's, Cinnamon Toast Crunch…

 

Favorite music : Hip Hop for dancing and Rock for working out.

 

Favorite TV show : Still Standing, 2 and a half men, OC, Dead Zone, Will n Grace..(just Jack)….

 

Favorite movie : Comedy- Meet the Parents, Something About Mary..

 

Favorite actor/actress : Ben Stiller (hilarious), Robert Deniro (crazy to serious), Hale Berry (Hot,Hot),

 

Last book read : Last book I listened to,,, a lot… books on CD saves so much time..

 

Favorite bodybuilding magazine : Don't have one,, I turn through different ones I come across.

 

Describe your personality : Melts in your mouth not in your hands.. You would never know that I would have a sense of humor. Get past the hard shell exterior and I'm really a fun loving guy, old softy.

 

What do you think the future holds for fitness competition? I think the freaks will get freakier and the levels of competition will continue to rise. It's evolution…..

 

 

 

What do you think is the most important piece of advice you can give someone who wants to compete in fitness? Get ready to change your way of life. You will have to work harder to do this than almost anything in life. Addicted you will become, may the force be with you.

 

 

 

Tell us about your fitness wear - I like tank tops on some days and cut off sleeve on others, depending on what workout I'm doing. If you can't see what your working,,, hell, just take out the damn mirrors I'm tired of looking at myself.

 

 

 

Describe a typical day – I have a 9 year old. Need I say more..

 

 

 

 

 

 

What do you do for fun? Seriously, I don't. Somebody call a doctor. I stopped doing what I love, snowboarding. Injuries suck.. Golf I love, don't have time for, I'll do it when I'm 70. What I enjoy most is spending time with my family and teaching my son everything he needs to know before his time. Dedication to work, fitness, family is what I do and I wouldn't do it any different ever…
